Our products solve problems for water companies and the industry in the real world. They are critical to the environment, economy, and daily life. We use data, analytics, machine learning, and AI to deliver insights to water networks and assets through SAAS and cloud-based services. Our team is expanding to improve our existing products, grow our customer base, and increase revenue.
About the role:
You’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life across the utilities and water sector. Working closely with the sales, product and leadership teams, you’ll manage a wide range of event-led marketing initiatives that build awareness, generate leads and support our ambitious growth goals. Key responsibilities
- Lead StormHarvester’s presence at key industry events and trade shows managing logistics, stand design, promotional materials and team coordination.
- Align event activity with commercial goals by collaborating with Sales and Product teams to define audiences, messaging and follow-up plans.
- Design and execute pre- and post-event marketing campaigns to maximise engagement and ROI; including email marketing, social media, and lead nurturing.
- Own and maintain the global events calendar, ensuring visibility and alignment across different teams in the business.
- Support the creation of event-related brand assets (e.g. social media content, presentations, award entries, speaker notes).
- Track and report on key marketing metrics – including event performance, website traffic and campaign impact.
- Create and maintain compelling sales and marketing collateral that reflects our technical capability and customer value.
- Contribute to broader content and brand initiatives to raise StormHarvester’s profile, including case studies and paid advertising.
What we’re looking for
Essential:
- Proven experience managing events, ideally in a B2B setting.
- Ability to work hands-on while thinking strategically about how events support business goals.
- Excellent project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Degree in marketing, business or communications – or relevant work experience in a marketing role.
- Confident communicator and collaborator – comfortable working across internal teams and with external suppliers.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and tactics, including email campaigns, social media, and content production.
- Knowledge of Canva and WordPress.
Desirable:
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology company.
