The Event.
On the 16 October 2025 we held our Annual User Conference in Birmingham taking place in The Birmingham Conference and Events Centre. We were delighted to welcome our customers, who helped shape the day.

key takeaways
Be Proactive
Being proactive is the way forward and builds for a better, long-standing business case. Utilities across the industry encourage each other to be proactive through User Groups, coming together to share knowledge and best practices.
Adventure, Not Journey
The process of getting started is not linear and must not be rushed. Go on an adventure of including different teams and stakeholders in the process to ensure everyone understands the value of the project.
Data Leads the Way
It can take time to understand the network and to get the correct placement of sensors. However, when this is done right, the data will lead the way.
Thank you to everyone who attended, and to all our speakers, for making it such a fantastic day!
As we look ahead, we’re excited to continue fostering this sense of collaboration within our user community with User Forums. We look forward to our next User Conference!
