About StormHarvester:
Our products deliver on real-world issues in solving water company and industry problems with existing and new infrastructure that is critical to the environment, economy and everyday living.
We are primarily data driven with domain expertise delivering insights to water networks and assets using analytics, presentation, machine learning and AI that is SAAS and cloud based.
About the role:
This opportunity is based in Victoria.
The world’s wastewater utilities are undergoing a digital transformation. This involves deployment of large amounts of sensors to provide real-time information about sewer networks, pumping stations, and treatment works. The insights generated are used to:
• Reduce pollution and sewer flooding events
• Optimise existing infrastructure
• Improve operational and capital project efficiency
Over the past five years, StormHarvester has built a unique machine learning platform that is transforming how utilities manage their networks. Already trusted by 12 of the 12 major UK utilities—where StormHarvester is used daily in control rooms and planning processes—we are now expanding rapidly within the ANZ region. We’ve partnered with four Australian councils, one major New Zealand utility, and are running multiple proof-of-concept projects with leading utilities across the region.
The machine learning platform, or StormHarvester Toolset, takes data from both the client’s sensor networks and from hyperlocal rainfall forecast systems in order to make accurate predictions, and help clients visualise their performance. These predictions help wastewater utilities identify issues before an escape occurs. Issues might include early-forming blockages, flow restrictions, potential pump failures, and ingress and infiltration sources.
We are looking for a proactive person to join the ANZ team—someone who will play a pivotal role in our strategic growth and scaling. As customer success manager, your objective is to build a thriving community of customer advocates who love the product and working with us. Your deliverables will be to manage the onboarding of new clients, ensure they are continuously realising value from the StormHarvester
Toolset, and help shape how our solutions evolve based on real-world feedback.
Customer success is at the centre of everything we do. Unlike traditional software providers, we use a highly collaborative, high-touch engagement model. This often involves daily contact with customers to ensure their systems are running optimally nd that they are seeing measurable impact. We also invest heavily in community- building, running an annual user conference and regular user forums to bring customers together, share learnings, and guide product evolution.
