We are pleased to announce that Richard Fuller has been promoted to the role of UK and Ireland Managing Director with immediate effect.
Richard’s new role will encompass all commercial, marketing and people functions for the UK division. Brian Moloney will continue in his role as CEO, retaining overall responsibility for company strategy, vision and long-term growth.
The internal promotion demonstrates StormHarvester’s commitment to developing talent from within the business and sees Richard’s remit and responsibilities widen from his former role of Chief Financial Officer which he assumed in 2024. Richard has played a key role in scaling StormHarvester, post series-A investment which the company secured in early 2025.
Commenting on the promotion, Brian Moloney CEO of StormHarvester said: “We are delighted to announce the promotion of Richard to UK Managing Director, recognising his ongoing commitment to StormHarvester’s success. The role has been created to support the next phase of our growth. Working with every wastewater utility here means the UK remains a key market for StormHarvester. Richard will now take responsibility for day-to-day operations and commercial delivery in the UK.”
Richard Fuller added:
“StormHarvester is an exceptional organisation, and I am incredibly proud to take on the role of UK Managing Director. Over the past 14 months, I’ve had the opportunity to work with many talented individuals across the industry who are united in their efforts to reduce pollution events and improve our environment. I look forward to strengthening our partnerships further and building a strong, sustainable platform that delivers measurable, long-term value.”
