Facilitator ~ Water innovation Network (WIN)
About the Role
Required to help a network of Northern Ireland SME’s explore how to incorporate digital technologies into their business offering, which may have the potential to help customers deliver operational efficiencies and reduce their carbon emissions footprint, primarily in the Water, Waste Water and Agri-Food sectors.
Opportunity
- Invest NI has established a Collaborative Network addressing the Water and Wastewater industries in Northern Ireland
- The members include Charles Brand – Hydrogen Electrolyser trials at Kinnegar Waste Water Treatment Works; Northern Innovation – Investigations for borehole water; Stormharvester – Predictive analytics of wastewater; Anaeko – Use of AI for analysing water data; Water Technik – Advanced auger systems for sludge dewatering; Enisca – Design and installation of Aerator systems
- Other participating stakeholder organisations: Camlin Photonics, EU Water Test Network and NI Water
- Hence the Water Innovation Collaborative Network wish to appoint a facilitator to undertake a 10 month scoping project to develop a strategic action plan.
Expected Outputs
- Completed and signed Terms of Reference/MOU’s document relevant to the network.
- Report on Water/Agri Food sector outlining constraints and market drivers
- An agreed process/report for Network member carbon emission recording as per industry requirements
- Network and Stakeholder GAP/SWOT Analysis report including training requirements
- Referencing of network skillsets, a market overview report into GB, ROI, EU and Rest of World opportunities
- Summary of disruptive and enabling technologies, for integration into the collective network offering, with appropriate target sector Value Propositions detailed
